  • Increased number of COVID-19 beds from 150-650 in a short period of time.

2019- till date

  • Managing hospitals administration for implementing procedures, service standards, budgets, setting up new division, working for approvals, government liaising and P & L responsibility
  • Playing a key role during pandemic situation for setting up COVID division
  • Ensuring smooth running of Intensive care; Infection prevention and control; Respiratory Therapy; Security; Pharmaceuticals; Laboratory services; Dietary services; Laundry; cleaning and waste management.
